Christopher Marinaro: February 4

As you all know, I go to school at Saint Leo University, just outside of Tampa, Fla.  I really like it down here, because I know everyone up north can not play that much golf right now (haha) because of the weather.  But anyways, over the last year I have undergone a swing change.  It’s been really hard on my game right now but overall it will work out in the end.  My game is starting to progress and mature in a positive way.  I have been playing well right now, but I don’t have any ‘07 results for you yet. My first tournament is Feb 25^th, so I’ll let you know after that.

My thoughts in ‘07 are very simple. I am not trying to make my goals impossible because if I don’t achieve them I don’t want to get all worked up.  When I say simple goals I mean, make sure that I am in contention to win every golf tournament that I play in.  I also want to try and make a bogey less per round this year in college.  My next goal is to eventually win a college tournament before I go home for summer break.  But my main goal is to have a very successful year so I can have positive thoughts going into the summer and the tournaments that I will be playing in.
